Going with the new direction Anno Peractio is taking, a slight remodel of Gilgamesh was in order. As it is now a man-sized powered armor, I did my best to make Gil look like one without sacrificing the aura of strength and speed it had as a giant robot. The sword "Gram" had also undergone some changes; now more streamlined than the previous designs (and ten times less ridiculous). All in all, things turned out rather well, me thinks.
Honestly whereas it's a nice piece, the sword and the color are the only things that give any sense of speed, and the shoulder armor looks like it would severely limit mobility. also the feet confuse me. All in all I honestly liked the original design better and think that whereas this is very nice and does exhibit a sense of power, if you want speed I'd suggest finding a middle ground between this and the original. I also would suggest possibly changing were you place the yellow glowing parts and maybe try moving them around and making them longer to maybe add a more streamline feel.
Very good art here. The render looks very "plastic like" and, although detailed, the render makes these difficult to notice. The art, itself, is very good, and the presentation efficient - being clean and to the point. The model looks plausible -- a plus -- and the anatomy is spot on.
Colour is good. Detail is good. Render and material choice could have been better, and edges look a bit too soft, although it is not a problem. Adding "air vents", making the armor parts divided and sectioned, sharpening edges and putting "wings" on some armor parts to direct airflow would make the design possibly cooler.
Another issue is the muscle fibre-ish black material is very difficult to notice - it looks more like black material. Making it "fibred" through use of a texture (e.g. crysis armor) would make it look even more military and advanced.
I dig the newer bulkier design. It just feel a little better with the rest of the design. Sort of knightly look about him, in a futuristic streamlined sort of way.
nice work. i liked the teknosuit thing since Teknoman when i was a kid. I was thinking maybe ninja shoes like the ninja turtles had (3 toes . That is my only suggestion. I love the sword.

Good luck
