I knew I had to do it someday; modeling a car that is. It's not the most amazing thing out there, but for a first-time car model I'm quite pleased with it :halfliquid:

Modeled and rendered in Luxology Modo.
Based on Modo Concept Car tutorial by Andy Brown [link]

EDIT: I really wonder why is this particular piece so popular. Care to elaborate, people?

Dude this car is so epic!!! I want to build it when I get older with an aluminum and steel frame, and electric engine, and a drivers seat and one passenger in the back who has a movie screen to watch movies. This is so epic!!! I would size it up a little so the wheels are to the same proportion as a real car...

Hey mus0u I love this and ur other 3D stuff, I have asked a few other deviants about this and haven't got any answers. I am very interested in this medium but I can't just drop a thousand dollars on a program to make it any suggestions?

Blender. [link] It's an open source free 3D/CGI suite which is constantly being updated and improved by a very strong user base. It wasn't too impressive in its beginnings but now it's powerful enough to go head to head with big names like Maya and C4D. If you're looking to learn the basics and get your feet off the ground, then Blender is the way to go. They even have a full tutorial set.
